Turkey Vegetable Bake
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Turkey broth/1 chicken bouillon cube||1 Cup (16 tbs), dissolved|
|Boiling water/1 chicken bouillon cube||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cooked leftover turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Frozen mixed vegetables/One 16 ounce can mixed vegetables, drained||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Sharp process american cheese||3 Ounce, shredded|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Melt margarine; blend in flour.
Add broth; cook and stir till thickened and bubbly.
Remove from heat; stir in turkey, vegetables, and 1/2 cup of the cheese.
Turn into a 1-quart casserole.
Combine crumbs and remaining cheese; sprinkle over casserole.
Bake at 350° till heated through, 30 to 35 minutes.
