Roasted Boneless Turkey
|Boneless young turkey||5 1⁄2 Pound, uncooked, rolled and ready to cook (Do Not Use Precooked Turkey Roll)|
|Garlic powder||1⁄4 Teaspoon (Adjust Quantity As Per Taste)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
Set turkey on microwave-safe rack.
Rub with oil.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, salt, pepper and paprika.
Cook on Roast setting (60 percent or 70 percent power) for 30 minutes.
Turn roast over Insert meat probe.
Continue cooking on Roast until meat probe registers 160°F .
Remove turkey from microwave and let rest until internal temperature reaches 175°F about 10 to 15 minutes.
Cut into slices and serve.
