Turkey Boiled Dinner

Ingredients
For seasoning mix i
  Garlic powder 1 Tablespoon
  Salt 2 Teaspoon
  Onion powder 1 Teaspoon
  White pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Ground nutmeg 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turkey breasts 2 Pound, all skin, bones, and visible fat removed (2 Breasts, 1 Pound Each)
For seasoning mix ii
  Black peppercorns 24
  Allspice berries 12
  Whole cloves 9
  Cardamom seeds 6
  Bay leaves 4
  Black mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Yellow mustard seeds 1 Tablespoon
  Dill weed 1 Teaspoon
  Defatted chicken stock 8 Cup (128 tbs)
  Potato 1 Large, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  Turnip 1 Large, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  Carrots 3 Large, peeled and cut into 1-inch diagonal slices
  Onion 1 Large, peeled and cut into 8 wedges
  Bok choy 2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into 1-inch diagonal slices
Directions

Day 1: Combine the ingredients for seasoning mix 1 in a small bowl and sprinkle it evenly over the turkey breasts.
Refrigerate overnight in a covered bowl.
Day 2: Combine the ingredients for seasoning mix II in a heavy 5-quart pot.
Stir in the stock, turn the heat to high, and bring the mixture to a boil.
Put in the turkey breasts and cook for 10 minutes.
Add the potato, turnip, and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
Add the onion and bok choy, and cook until the turkey is done, about 15 minutes more.
Cut the turkey into serving pieces, and serve the portions with some of each vegetable and carrots, and cook for 5 minutes.
