Turkey Breasts Cordon Bleu
|Turkey breasts||24 Ounce (Approx 175 Gram / 6 Ounce Each)|
|Butter||2 Ounce, diced (1/4 Cup, 50 Gram)|
|Mozzarella cheese slice||4|
Place the turkey breasts in a shallow dish and dot with the butter. Cover and cook on high for 4 minutes. Rearrange and turn the breasts over, cover and cook on low for 5 - 6 minutes, turning them again half way through the cooking time.
Transfer the pieces to a microwave proof serving dish. Place a slice of ham and a slice of cheese on top of each breast and cook on high, uncovered, for 3 minutes.
Sprinkle with paprika.
