|Minced onion||3 Tablespoon|
|Chopped parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Leftover turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), diced|
|Frozen peas||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Turkey gravy||2 Tablespoon (leftover)|
Melt butter in a skillet and lightly saute onion and parsley.
Stir in turkey, peas, gravy, nutmeg, salt and pepper.
Keep warm while preparing the following cream sauce.
Add turkey mixture to cream sauce and blend well.
Serve at once over hot, fluffy rice, buttered noodles or hot corn bread, split and generously buttered.
