Turkey Breast On Bed Of Garden Vegetables
|Carrot||1 Medium, cut into julienne slices|
|Stalk celery||1 , cut into julienne slices|
|Onion||1 Small, cut into julienne slices|
|Potato||3⁄4 Small, cut into julienne slices|
|Minced parsley||1 Tablespoon|
|Butter||2 Tablespoon (1/4 Stick Butter)|
|Freshly ground pepper||To Taste|
|Turkey breast||1⁄2 , skinned if desired|
Place first 5 ingredients close together in small au gratin dish just large enough to accommodate all ingredients.
Dot top with butter.
Season lightly with salt and pepper.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on High for 7 minutes, stirring once.
Set turkey breast on vegetables and sprinkle with paprika.
Cover with waxed paper and cook on High for 7 to 10 minutes per pound.
