Mexican Turkey Mole

Ingredients
  Young turkey 1
  Fat 6 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Onion 1 , minced
  Garlic 1 Clove (5 gm)
  Toasted almonds 12
  Ground cloves 1 Teaspoon
  Ground chocolate 1 Tablespoon
  Toasted sesame seed 1 Tablespoon
  Ground cinnamon 1 Teaspoon
  Stale bread slice 1
  Aniseed 3⁄4 Teaspoon
  Raisins 12
  Tomato sauce 3 Cup (48 tbs)
  Powdered red chili pulp 6 Tablespoon
  Salt To Taste
Directions

Cut the turkey as for fricassee and boil until tender.
Pass through the fine blade of a food chopper the fried almonds, toasted bread, raisins, and chocolate.
Mix well with the ground spices and dried chili pulp.
Melt the fat and add onion and garlic.
When transparent, add the flour and when flour browns, add remaining ingredients.
Cook until well mixed and smooth; then add the tomato sauce.
Cook for 5 minutes and add 3 cups of stock in which turkey was boiled.
Salt.
Cook a few minutes longer; add pieces of turkey (picked from bones).
Cook gently until thick and serve with a sprinkling of sesame seed."
