|Half and half||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Dried tarragon||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Grated tillamook cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Cubed cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs) (Light And Dark Meat)|
|Canned sliced mushrooms||2 1⁄2 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Baked puff pastry patty shells||6|
|Avocado sliced||6 (For Garnish)|
|Paprika||1 Teaspoon (For Garnish)|
Melt butter in heavy large skillet over low heat.
Add onion and cook until soft, about 10 minutes.
Add flour and stir 3 minutes.
Add half and half, salt and tarragon and continue cooking until mixture thickens, about 3 to 5 minutes.
Add cheese and cook, stirring constantly, until cheese is melted.
Stir in turkey and mushrooms and cook until heated through, 5 to 10 minutes.
Peel, pit and dice avocado.
Remove skillet from heat and carefully stir in diced avocado.
Divide mixture evenly among patty shells.
Top each shell with avocado slice.
Sprinkle with paprika.
