Deviled Turkey Legs
|Mustard/French mustard||1 Tablespoon|
Remove skin from turkey, crisscross with deep cuts.
Sprinkle well with seasoning and a little cayenne, if required, very hot.
Spread with mixed mustard (or French mustard) pressing well into the cuts and leave for several hours.
Grill 8-12 min until crisp and brown, spread with small pieces of butter mixed with cayenne, and serve immediately.
