|Vegetable oil||15 Milliliter (1 Tablespoon)|
|Plain flour||15 Milliliter (1 Level Tablespoon)|
|Ground almonds||1 Ounce (25 Gram)|
|Garlic||1 Clove (5 gm), skinned and crushed|
1. Cut the turkey into 2.5 cm (1 inch) strips and place in a large bowl. Add the paprika, cumin, coriander, ginger, cloves, cinnamon and yogurt. Mix thoroughly. Cover and leave to marinate for at least 1 hour.
2. Heat a browning dish to maximum according to the manufacturer's instructions, adding the oil for the last 30 seconds.
3. Add the flour and almonds and microwave on HIGH for 30 seconds. Stir in the turkey and marinade, garlic and seasoning, and mix together well.
4. Microwave on HIGH for 2 minutes, stirring occasionally, then cover and microwave on LOW for 20-25 minutes, or until the turkey is tender, stirring occasionally.
