  Boneless turkey breast 1 1⁄2 Pound, cut into 1/2 to 3/4-inch-thick slices
  Olive oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Seasoned pepper To Taste
  Cilantro sprig 1
Directions

For an unusual low-calorie touch, accompany these simple grilled turkey breast slices with one of the fresh, piquant salsas .
Brush turkey breast slices all over with oil.
Place turkey slices on a barbecue grill 4 to 6 inches above a bed of hot coals.
Grill, turning once, until slices are lightly browned and meat in center is no longer pink when slashed (5 to 8 minutes total).
Sprinkle with salt and pepper and garnish with cilantro.
