Mustard Greens With Smoked Turkey

Ingredients
  Mustard greens 18 Pound (4 Bunches)
  Water 2 Quart
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Seasoned salt 1 Tablespoon
  Ground red pepper 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Thyme sprigs 5
  Smoked turkey wing drumettes 16 Ounce, skinned
  Bay leaf 1
  Turnips 1 1⁄4 Pound, peeled and quartered
Directions

Trim stems from mustard greens.
Coarsely chop leaves.
Combine greens, water, and remaining ingredients in a large stockpot; bring to a boil.
Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 45 minutes or until greens are tender.
Remove thyme sprigs, turkey wings, and bay leaf.
