  Turkey 10 Pound, cut up
  Onions 2 Medium, chopped
  Garlic 3 Clove (15 gm), finely chopped
  Margarine/Butter 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Tortillas 4 , torn and dried (6 Inch)
  Unsweetened chocolate square 4 , chopped
  Slivered almonds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Peanuts 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Shelled pumpkin seeds/Sunflower seeds 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Toasted sesame seed 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Chili powder 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Sugar 2 Tablespoon
  Ground cumin 2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Anise seed 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Cinnamon stick 1 , broken (2 Inch)

Heat turkey and enough salted water to cover (1 tablespoon salt to 1 quart water) to boiling; reduce heat.
Cover and simmer until thickest pieces are done, about 1 1/2 hours.
Drain; reserve 4 cups broth.
Place turkey in 2 un-greased baking dishes.
Cook and stir onions and garlic in margarine until onions are tender.
Place 1 cup of the reserved broth, the tortilla pieces and onion mixture in blender container.
Cover and blend on high speed until smooth.
Pour into large bowl.
Place 1 1/2 cups of the turkey broth,the chocolate, almonds, peanuts, pumpkin and sesame seeds in blender container.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Add to onion mixture in bowl.
Place remaining 1 1/2 cups turkey broth, the chili powder, sugar, cumin, salt, anise seed and cinnamon in blender container.
Cover and blend until smooth.
Add to onion mixture in bowl.
Mix all ingredients thoroughly.
Pour sauce over turkey.
Heat in 300° oven until hot, 30 to 40 minutes.
