Cherry Smoked Turkey Breast Stuffed With Leeks And Garlic

A Great meal with a wonderful smoke flavor, the most juicy and flavorfull recipe that's a breeze to fix
Ingredients
  Turkey breasts 1
  Seasoned salt 2 Tablespoon
  Fresh ground pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 2 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 2 Tablespoon
  Cayenne pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Leek 1 , chopped
  Garlic 6 Clove (30 gm), minced
Directions

Bring your smoker or grill up to 300 degrees F.
once the flames have diminished add your cherry wood
Rub the turkey down with seasonings
Stuff the leeks and the garlic into the cavity of the turkey breast
place on the grill cover, and smoke at 300 degrees for 1 hour
making sure that no flare ups occurr
after smoking for 1 hour
remove from the grill and wrap with Extra Heavy Aluminum foil
return to the grill
and cook for an additional 2 hours or until internal temp is 180 degrees F.
make sure you maintain the heat inside the cooker between 275 and 300 degrees
remove and enjoy
