Easy Sloppy Joes With Green Pepper

Ingredients
  Vegetable cooking spray 1
  Ground round 1⁄2 Pound
  Chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Ketchup 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  No salt added tomato sauce 8 Ounce (1 Can)
  Low sodium worcestershire sauce 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Lemon juice 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Prepared mustard 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Dark brown sugar 1 Tablespoon
  Garlic powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Reduced calorie whole wheat hamburger buns 8
Directions

Coat a large nonstick skillet with cooking spray.
Place over medium-high heat until hot.
Add ground round, onion, and green pepper.
Cook until meat is browned, stirring until it crumbles.
Drain and pat dry with paper towels.
Wipe drippings from skillet with a paper towel.
Return meat mixture to skillet.
Add ketchup and next 7 ingredients; stir well.
Cook, uncovered, over medium heat 10 minutes or until thoroughly heated and slightly thickened, stirring frequently.
Spoon meat mixture evenly over bottom halves of buns.
Top with remaining bun halves.
