Turkey Broccoli Patties
|Frozen chopped broccoli||10 Ounce, thawed (1 Package)|
|Ground raw turkey||1 Pound (Fresh Meat)|
|Soft whole wheat breadcrumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Egg||1 , beaten|
|Ground nutmeg||1⁄2 Teaspoon|
|Ground white pepper||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Vegetable cooking spray||1|
|Mustard sauce||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
Drain thawed broccoli, and pat dry with paper towels.
Finely chop broccoli, and set aside.
Combine broccoli, turkey, and next 4 ingredients; stir well.
Shape turkey mixture into 6 parties.
Place parties on rack of a broiler pan that has been coated with cooking spray.
Bake, uncovered, at 425° for 12 to 13 minutes on each side or until done.
Transfer parties to a serving platter.
Spread 1 tablespoon Mustard Sauce over each party.
