Turkey Caesar Wrap
|Shredded romaine lettuce||4 Cup (64 tbs)|
|Chopped green onions||4|
|Freshly grated parmesan cheese||4 Tablespoon|
|Vinegar based reduced calorie caesar salad dressing||3 Tablespoon|
|8 inch flour tortillas||4|
|Pepper crusted turkey slices||8 Ounce (8 Slices, 1 Ounce Each)|
|Marinated sun dried tomatoes||8 , drained|
|Fresh ground pepper||To Taste|
In medium bowl, combine lettuce, green onions, cheese and salad dressing.
Arrange 1 cup mixture in center of each tortilla.
Top with 2 slices turkey, 2 sun-dried tomatoes and pepper to taste.
Fold in bottom and top portions of each tortilla.
Roll up from side to completely enclose filling.
