Turkey Club Casserole
|Chopped cooked boneless turkey roast||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of chicken soup||1 Can (10 oz)|
|Garlic salt||1⁄4 Teaspoon|
|Ground rosemary||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|White pepper||1 Dash|
|Smooth cottage cheese||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Frozen chopped spinach||10 Ounce, cooked, drained (1 Package)|
|Cooked wide egg noodles||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded mozzarella cheese||6 Ounce (3/4 Cup)|
Mix turkey, soup and seasonings.
Mix together cottage cheese and spinach.
In a buttered 2-quart casserole, alternately layer half the noodles, turkey and cottage-cheese mixtures.
Sprinkle with half the mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 350° F oven for 40 minutes or until top is bubbling and lightly browned.
