Turkey Pâté

Ingredients
  English muffins 12 (Bakery)
  Cold white and dark meat turkey 1 Pint
  Gravy 1 Pint (Thick, Left Over)
  Onion 1 Small
  Parsley 1 Bunch (100 gm)
Directions

Hollow out muffins by cutting out a large hole in bottom.
Set in oven to crisp and brown, watching carefully to keep from burning.
Heat cold turkey, gravy, onion, and a little parsley chopped fine, until boiling hot.
Fill hot pate shells with turkey and gravy.
Decorate with sprigs of parsley and serve at once.
Chicken or duck is delicious in the same way.
