Glazed Turkey Roast

Ingredients
  Turkey roast 4 Pound, rolled (boneless)
  Glaze 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
Directions

Be sure roast is thoroughly thawed by checking with meat thermometer which should register around 40-50°.
Place skin side up on inverted saucers in 2-quart (12 x 7) baking dish.
Cook uncovered, 15 to 20 minutes (5 minutes per pound) or until meat thermometer registers 180° (will increase to 195° during standing), brushing with desired glaze during last 5 minutes of cooking.
Let stand 10 to 15 minutes before slicing.
Curry Peach Glaze: Combine 1/4 cup pineapple preserves with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1/2 teaspoon curry powder.
Cook 2 minutes to melt butter.
Ginger Peach Glaze: Combine 1/4 cup peach preserves with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1/4 teaspoon ground ginger or 2 tablespoons chopped candied ginger.
Cook 2 minutes to melt butter.
Cinnamon Apricot Glaze: Combine 1/4 cup apricot preserves with 2 tablespoons butter or margarine and 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon.
Cook 2 minutes to melt butter.
