Wine Glazed Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  Bone in turkey breast 5 Pound, thawed
  Currant jelly 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Madeira/Sherry/port 3 Tablespoon
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground thyme 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

1. Arrange turkey breast skin-side down on a microwave-safe roasting rack, set in a baking dish. Combine all remaining ingredients in a small bowl and beat until smooth. Brush turkey breast liberally with glaze mixtura
2. Microwave, uncovered, at Power Level 10 for 20 minutes. Turn skin-side-up and brush with glaze. Insert temperature probe. Microwave, uncovered at Power Level 7 until internal temperature reaches 170°F. If areas of the turkey breast seem to be cooking too quickly, shield them with small pieces of aluminum foil. Let the turkey breast stand, covered, 10 minutes before serving
