Turkey Asparagus Stacks
|Low calorie french salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs) (No More Than 25 Calories Per Tablespoon)|
|Finely chopped onion||2 Tablespoon|
|Frozen asparagus spears||10 Ounce, cooked and drained (1 Package)|
|Bagels||2 , halved and toasted|
|Cooked turkey slices||8 Ounce|
|Low calorie process cheese product slice||4 2⁄3 Ounce, halved diagonally|
Combine salad dressing, onion, and pepper; pour over asparagus, Refrigerate several hours.
Remove asparagus with slotted spoon.
Spread some dressing mixture on the toasted bagel halves.
Top with the sliced, cooked turkey; spread dressing mixture between turkey slices.
Top with cooked asparagus spears.
Broil 4 inches from heat 4 minutes.
Place cheese atop asparagus.
Broil 1 minute more.
