2 turkey legs
Minced garlic cloves
1/4 c red onion chopped
1/2 c chicken broth
1/4 c dijon mustard
1/2 c chopped parsley
De-bone turkey legs. Place bacon strips on a foil, sprinkle thyme, and lay turkey legs over them. Now put some parsley on it. Roll it up tightly. Bake it in a pan for an hour. Then remove the foil. Now, crispen its sides by browning it in a skillet. Add minced garlic and onion and brown them too. Remove the bacon and turkey legs and add chicken broth, dijon mustard and bring it to a boil. Now add chopped parsley. Remove it immediately. Slice the bacon and turkey and serve it the gravy.
