Roast Turkey Breast
|Frozen bone in turkey breast||4 Pound (Thawed)|
|Currant jelly||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
1. Place turkey breast, top side down on microwave roasting rack, in 2-quart (12x7) glass baking dish. Cover tip end of breast with foil during first part of cooking.
2. Microwave on ROAST for 17 minutes. Turn breast side up; spread with jelly, and continue cooking on ROAST for 18 to 20 minutes or until c-microwave meat thermometer registers 170° F. let stand, covered with foil, 10 minutes before carving.
