Marilyn S Turkey Stacks

Ingredients
  Turkey 12 Pound
  Ham 1 1⁄2 Pound, ground
  Breadcrumbs 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Egg 1
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Pepper 1⁄8 Teaspoon
  Cloves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, ground
  Allspice 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Margarine 1⁄2 Pound
Directions

Cut up raw turkey, leaving breast whole and thigh attached to legs.
Strip meat from bones.
Slice breast into 3 1/2 x 5 x 1/2 inches.
Cut meat from legs and pound flat.
Mix rest of ingredients except margarine.
Melt margarine in shallow pan.
To make stacks, place turkey in 1 layer.
Top each slice with 1/4 cup ham mixture, then another turkey slice.
Brush with margarine.
Bake at 350° covered for 1 1/2 hours.
Baste often.
