|Turkey breast||2 Pound|
|Low calorie margarine||2 Teaspoon, melted|
Place turkey breast, skin side up, in a baking dish.
Add small amount of water to pan.
Season with salt and pepper to taste; cover tightly.
Bake at 325°F (165°C) for 45 to 60 minutes or until meat is tender.
Remove from oven.
Discard the skin.
Brush with melted margarine and sprinkle lightly with paprika.
Place under broiler until just slightly browned.
