Turkey Scallops With Lemon Slices

Ingredients
  Lemons 2
  Flour 3 Tablespoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced/ crushed through a press
  Chopped parsley 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Salt 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Turkey scallops 1 1⁄2 Pound (8 Pieces)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Olive oil/Vegetable oil 2 Tablespoon
Directions

1 Cut one lemon into very thin slices (use whichever lemon has thinner skin). Juice the remaining lemon.
2 In a shallow bowl, combine the flour, garlic, parsley (if using), salt and pepper. Dredge the turkey in the seasoned flour, shaking off any excess.
3 In a large skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of the butter in 1 tablespoon of the oil over medium-high heat until hot but not smoking. Add as many turkey scallops as will fit and cook until golden brown all over, about 3 minutes per side. Keep the turkey warm in a low oven while you cook the remaining turkey in another 1 tablespoon butter in the remaining 1 tablespoon oil.
4 When all of the turkey has been cooked and placed in the oven, add the remaining 2 tablespoons butter and the lemon juice to the skillet. Increase the heat to high and cook, stirring, for 1 minute.
5 Add the lemon slices and cook for about 30 seconds. Arrange the lemon slices over the turkey and pour the lemon sauce on top.
