|Fresh green beans/1 package, 10 ounces frozen cut green beans||1 3⁄4 Cup (28 tbs), cut|
|Boiling water||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Cooked diced turkey||2 1⁄2 Cup (40 tbs)|
|Condensed cream of mushroom soup||10 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Freshly ground pepper||1⁄8 Teaspoon|
|Precooked rice||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Packaged)|
|Canned french fried onion rings||3 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Can)|
Cook green beans in boiling water 5 minutes.
Add turkey, soup and seasonings to green beans and cook 2 minutes longer.
Stir in rice and half the onion rings.
Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
Arrange remaining onion rings and tomato slices on top.
Bake in a 400° F.oven 20 to 25 minutes.
