Turkey Mexicali is an easy yet delicious side dish recipe. Try this Turkey Mexicali; I am sure you will get a lot of compliments.
Ingredients
  Boneless skinless turkey breasts/Chicken breasts 1 Pound, cut in thin strips or cut into strips size of index finger
  Canned whole kernel corn 15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)
  Canned black beans 15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Ground cumin 1 Tablespoon
  Chili powder 1 Teaspoon
  Onion 1 , halved and cut into thin wedges
  Green bell pepper 1 , cut into thin strips
  Canned diced peeled tomatoes 14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)
  Canned tomato paste 6 Ounce (1 Can)
Directions

1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
2. Cover and cook on the low heat setting 4 1/2 to 5 hours, or until the turkey is cooked through.
