|Boneless skinless turkey breasts/Chicken breasts||1 Pound, cut in thin strips or cut into strips size of index finger|
|Canned whole kernel corn||15 1⁄4 Ounce, drained (1 Can)|
|Canned black beans||15 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)|
|Ground cumin||1 Tablespoon|
|Chili powder||1 Teaspoon|
|Onion||1 , halved and cut into thin wedges|
|Green bell pepper||1 , cut into thin strips|
|Canned diced peeled tomatoes||14 1⁄2 Ounce, undrained (1 Can)|
|Canned tomato paste||6 Ounce (1 Can)|
1. In a 3 1/2-quart electric slow cooker, combine all the ingredients; mix well.
2. Cover and cook on the low heat setting 4 1/2 to 5 hours, or until the turkey is cooked through.
