Creamy Turkey & Broccoli
|Stuffing mix||6 Ounce (1 Package, Plus Ingredients To Prepare Mix)|
|Canned french fried onions||2 4⁄5 Ounce (1 Can)|
|Frozen broccoli spears||10 Ounce, thawed and drained (1 Package)|
|Cheese sauce mix||1 1⁄8 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Milk||1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)|
|Sour cream||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked cubed turkey/Chicken||10 Ounce (2 Cups)|
Preheat oven to 350°.
In medium saucepan, prepare stuffing mix according to package directions; stir in 1/2 can French Fried Onions.
Spread stuffing over bottom of greased 9-inch round baking dish.
Arrange broccoli spears over stuffing with flowerets around edge of dish.
In medium saucepan, prepare cheese sauce mix according to package directions using 1 1/4 cups milk.
Remove from heat; stir in sour cream and turkey.
Pour turkey mixture over broccoli stalks.
Bake, covered, at 350° for 30 minutes or until heated through.
Sprinkle remaining onions over turkey; bake, uncovered, 5 minutes or until onions are golden brown.
