  Butter 60 Milliliter (1/4 Cup)
  Turkey breast 2 1⁄4 Pound (1 Bird, 1 Kilogram)
  Broccoli flowerets 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Cauliflower flowerets 250 Milliliter (1 Cup)
  Green bell pepper 1 , sliced
  Brown gravy 375 Milliliter (1 1/2 Cups)
  Grated cheddar cheese 8 Ounce, grated (225 Gram)
Directions

–  Preheat oven to 450 °F (230 °C).
–  In a skillet, melt butter and saute turkey breast gently until fully cooked.
–  In a daisy steamer, cook broccoli, cauliflower, and green bell pepper for approximately 10 minutes.
–  Arrange cooked turkey breast in the middle of a baking pan, and place vegetables around the meat. Coat with gravy and sprinkle with grated cheese. Run under the grill until the cheese is lightly browned.
