Easy Turkey Cordon Bleu
|Dried oregano leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Vegetable oil||1 Tablespoon|
|Provolone cheese slices||4|
Place turkey between sheets of plastic wrap; pound to 1/4-inch thickness.
Remove plastic wrap.
Sprinkle turkey with oregano.
Heat oil and butter in large skillet over medium heat.
Add turkey; cook 8 minutes or until no longer pink in center, turning after 4 minutes.
Season with pepper to taste.
Top each cutlet with ham and cheese; cover.
Continue cooking 3 to 5 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Garnish as desired.
