Mini Turkey Loaves

Ingredients
  Turkey 1 Pound, ground
  Apple 1 Small, chopped
  Onion 1⁄2 Small, chopped
  Oats 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), rolled (uncooked)
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Dried rosemary leaves 1 Teaspoon, crushed
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Dash
Directions

Preheat oven to 425°F Grease twelve muffin cups.
Combine all ingredients.
Press into prepared muffin cups.
Bake 20 minutes or until lightly browned and no longer pink in center.
Garnish as desired.
