Honey Mustard Turkey Meatballs

Ingredients
  Ground turkey 1 Pound
  Egg 1 , lightly beaten
  Crushed crackers 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (Butter Flavored)
  Shredded mozzarella cheese 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Chopped onion 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), chopped
  Ground ginger 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Dijon mustard 6 Tablespoon, divided
  Unsweetened pineapple juice 1 1⁄4 Cup (20 tbs)
  Chopped green pepper 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Honey 2 Tablespoon
  Cornstarch 1 Tablespoon
  Onion powder 1⁄4 Teaspoon
Directions

In a bowl, combine turkey, egg, cracker crumbs, cheese, onion, ginger and 3 tablespoons mustard.
Form into 30 balls, 1 in each.
Place in a greased 13-in x 9-in.x 2-in. baking dish.
Bake, uncovered, at 350° for 20-25 minutes or until juices run clear.
In a saucepan, combine pineapple juice, green pepper, honey, cornstarch and onion powder; bring to a boil, stirring constantly.
Cook and stir 2 minutes more; reduce heat.
Stir in remaining mustard until smooth.
Brush meatballs with about 1/4 cup sauce and return to the oven for 10 minutes.
