Clove Glazed Turkey
|Boneless turkey||3 Pound, thawed|
|Red currant jelly||3 Tablespoon|
|Pineapple slice||1 , cut into halves|
|Spiced currant sauce||1 Cup (16 tbs) (Adjust Quantity As Needed)|
Press cloves into turkey.
Melt jelly in small saucepan over medium heat.
Brush 1 1/2 tablespoons jelly over turkey.
Roast turkey according to package directions; omit brushing with oil.
About 30 minutes before turkey is done, brush with remaining 1 1/2 tablespoons jelly.
Wrap turkey in foil and let stand 10 to 15 minutes.
Remove netting from turkey.
Garnish with pineapple and maraschino cherries.
Slice turkey and serve with Spiced Currant Sauce.
