Slow Cooked Turkey Breast

Moist, tender, juicy...quick and easy as can be, this Crockpot Turkey Breast - direct from the RV Cooking Show kitchen - is so good that it might find its way to your dinner table all year long. RV Cooking Show Crockpot Turkey...it's not just for Thanksgiving!
Ingredients
  Turkey breast 6 Pound (Bone-in)
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Pepper 1 Teaspoon
  Yellow onion 1 Small, sliced
  White wine 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Chicken broth 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Butter 4 Tablespoon
  Fresh herbs 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs) (rosemary, thyme, sage)
Directions

GETTING READY
1) Season turkey with salt and pepper and rub.
2) Tie all the herbs in cheese cloth make a pouch

MAKING
3) Put turkey in crockpot, and keep pouch of herbs.
4) Add onions to the sides of turkey and inside cavity.
5) Pour liquid around the turkey breast. Add butter.
6) Place lid on crockpot and cook. If cooking on high heat it will take 3 – 5 hours. If cooking on low heat it will take 5 – 7 hours.

SERVING
7) Cut turkey breast and serve.
