In glass loaf dish, place turkey roast gravy-side up; cover with plastic wrap.
Cook at MEDIUM-LOW 17 minutes.
Turn roast over; recover.
Cook at MEDIUM-LOW 17 to 20 minutes, or until roast registers 160°F when tested with a conventional meat thermometer.
(Remove roast from oven before reading temperature).
Let stand, covered, 7 minutes before serving.
