Easy To Make Perfect Turkey
|Turkey||1 Pound (Naturally Raised)|
|Rosemary||1 Tablespoon (Use Fresh)|
|Black pepper||To Taste|
Get a good roasting dish and put cut vegetables in it. It is diced celery and carrots, dump one large sweet onion that is cut. Spread them in the dish and season with salt and black pepper.
Put some rosemary leaves to the vegetables for some flavors.
Make some sage butter by mixing 4 tbsp of sage in butter. Mix well.
Get a rack for placing the turkey in the roasting dish. Place the rack inside the roasting dish and place the turkey breast.
Smudge the sage butter on the turkey. Take some kosher salt and pepper right on top of the buttered turkey.
Cook it in an oven at 375 degree. Place a cooking thermometer inside the turkey breast and cook until the internal temp is 165 degrees.
Once cooked, lift the rack to take out the turkey.
Remove the turkey from rack by dismantling the rack.
Cut the turkey into slices and its ready to eat.
