Ingredients
  Butter 25 Gram
  Onions 2 , sliced
  Rashers streaky bacon 4 , chopped
  Celery 4 , sliced
  Turkey sticks 4
  Condensed mushroom soup 300 Gram
  Dry cider 300 Milliliter
  Mixed herbs 1 Pinch
  Eating apple 1 , cored and sliced
  Button mushrooms 100 Gram
  Soured cream 150 Milliliter
  Salt To Taste
  Pepper To Taste
Directions

In a large pan heat the butter and fry the onion, bacon and celery for 5-10 minutes.
In the same pan fry the turkey and transfer to Slo cooker.
Add the mushroom soup and cider to the pan, mix well and bring to the boil.
Add herbs and seasoning then transfer to Slo cooker.
Cook for the recommended time.
Add apples and mushrooms for the last hour's cooking.
Stir in cream, leave for 10 minutes then serve.
