Roasted Half Turkey

|Kitchen bouquet||1⁄4 Teaspoon, diluted with 1/2 teaspoon water|
Wash turkey and pat dry.
Brush skin evenly with Kitchen Bouquet mixture.
Arrange turkey skin side up on rack in (12 x 8 inch) baking dish.
MICROWAVE 25 MINUTES on '6'.
Turn turkey skin side down.
MICROWAVE 35 MINUTES on '6'.
Turn turkey skin side up.
MICROWAVE 10 MINUTES on '6', or until internal temperature of thickest part of inside thigh muscle reaches 175°.
Cover with foil.
Let stand 8 to 10 minutes to complete cooking.
