|Guacamole||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Taco seasoning mix||1 1⁄2 Ounce (1 Package)|
|Water||2 Ounce (As Needed)|
|Canned retried beans||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Shredded reduced calorie cheddar cheese||1 Ounce (1/4 Cup)|
|Chopped tomatoes||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded lettuce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Chopped onions||2 Tablespoon|
|Taco sauce||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
Preheat oven to 375°F.
In large skillet, over medium heat, combine turkey and taco seasoning mix.
Add water according to package directions.
Bring mixture to a boil; reduce heat to low and simmer 5 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Place tortillas on large cookie sheet.
Bake 5 to 7 minutes or until tortillas are crispy and lightly browned.
Spread each tortilla with 1 tablespoon beans.
Top evenly with meat mixture and cheese.
Return to oven 2 to 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
