Shotgun Billy S Turkey Chili With Black Beans

  Ground coriander 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Ground cumin 1 1⁄2 Teaspoon
  Black beans 16 Ounce, drained, rinsed (1 Can)
  Tomatoes 28 Ounce, undrained and coarsely chopped (1 Can)
  Coarsely chopped onion 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Red bell pepper To Taste, cut into 1/4 inch cubes
  Chili powder 1 Tablespoon
  Cilantro 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), coarsely chopped
  Dried marjoram leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Dried oregano leaves 1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed
  Crushed red pepper flakes 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Ground cinnamon 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Garlic 2 Clove (10 gm), minced
  Cubed cooked turkey 2 Cup (32 tbs) (1/2 Inch Cubes)
  Jalapeno chilies 2 , seeded and minced
  Grated reduced fat cheddar cheese 4 Tablespoon

To Microwave: Combine onion, bell pepper, garlic, chilies and tomatoes, including liquid, in 3-quart microwave-safe dish.
Stir in chili powder, cumin, coriander, oregano, marjoram, red pepper flakes and cinnamon; cover.
Microwave on HIGH (100% power) 10 minutes, stirring after 5 minutes.
Stir in beans and turkey; cover.
Microwave on HIGH 4 minutes; stir in cilantro.
