Pineapple Mustard Glazed Turkey Breast

Ingredients
  Bone in turkey breast half 1
  Pineapple preserves 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Dijon style mustard 2 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 1 Teaspoon
Directions

Prepare grill for indirect heat cooking by pushing hot coals up sides of grill around drip pan.
Place turkey, breast side up, on rack over drip pan.
Cover grill; cook 1 to 1 1/4 hours or until meat thermometer inserted in thickest portion of breast registers 170°F.
Meanwhile, in small bowl combine preserves, mustard and lemon juice.
Brush glaze on breast during last 30 minutes of cooking.
Remove turkey breast from grill; let stand 15 minutes.
