Turkey Broccoli Bake
|Frozen chopped broccoli||20 Ounce (2 Package)|
|Lemon juice||1 Tablespoon|
|All purpose flour||2 Tablespoon|
|Milk||2 Cup (32 tbs)|
|Shredded swiss cheese||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Cooked turkey||2 Cup (32 tbs), cut into strips|
|Soft bread crumbs||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Grated parmesan cheese||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Butter/Margarine||1 Tablespoon, melted|
Cook broccoli according to package directions.
Drain well; mix with lemon juice.
Place in an 8x1 1/2 inch round baking dish.
In saucepan melt 2 tablespoons butter.
Blend in flour and salt.
Add milk all at once; Cook, stirring constantly, till mixture thickens and bubbles.
Remove from heat; stir in the Swiss cheese till melted.
Stir in turkey.
Spoon over broccoli.
Sprinkle with mixture of bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, and 1 tablespoon butter.
Bake at 350° till heated through, 20 to 25 minutes
