Turkey Asparagus Melt
|Salad dressing||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon mustard||2 Tablespoon|
|Dried sage leaves||1⁄2 Teaspoon, crushed|
|Sourdough hoagie buns||3 , split lengthwise|
|Cooked turkey||3⁄4 Pound, sliced|
|Green asparagus spears||1 Can (10 oz), drained (Green Giant Extra Long Tender)|
|Red onion rings||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)|
|Shredded cheddar cheese||6 Ounce|
In small bowl, combine mayonnaise, mustard and sage; mix well.
Spread 1 to 2 tablespoons mixture on each bun half.
Top each with one sixth of turkey, asparagus spears, onion rings and cheese.
Place sandwiches on broiler pan.
Broil 4 to 6 inches from heat 3 to 4 minutes or until thoroughly heated and cheese is bubbly.
