Ingredients
  Finely chopped green pepper 2 Tablespoon
  Butter/Margarine 1 1⁄2 Tablespoon
  Flour 2 Tablespoon
  Salt 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Pepper To Taste (Few Grains)
  Turkey/Chicken broth 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Milk 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs)
  Canned sliced mushrooms 4 Ounce, drained, reserve liquid (1 Can)
  Grated onion 1 Teaspoon
  Diced cooked turkey 1 Teaspoon
  Chopped pimiento 1 Tablespoon
  Dry sherry 2 Tablespoon
Directions

Cook green pepper in heated butter in a skillet about 3 minutes.
Stir in flour, salt, and pepper; cook until bubbly.
Mix in broth, milk, and mushroom liquid.
Bring to boiling: stir and cook 1 to 2 minutes.
Mix in the onion, turkey, mushrooms, and pimiento; heat thoroughly.
Blend in sherry.
