A day late and a dollar short , but just in time for NEXT Thanksgiving! Here is how I brine and smoke two Turkey Breasts! Happy Day After Thanksgiving!

Ingredients

Kosher salt 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Water 500 Milliliter
Brown sugar 1 Cup (16 tbs)
Ginger 1 Tablespoon
All spice To Taste (whole)
Whole black pepper To Taste
Bay leaves 2 Large
Ice 2 Cup (32 tbs)
Honey crisp apples 6
Turkey breasts 2
Butcher salt To Taste
Apple cider 1 Gallon
Butter To Taste (Injectable one)
Salt To Taste
Pepper To Taste
