Skillet Tuna Supreme

Ingredients
  Chopped onion 2⁄3 Cup (10.67 tbs)
  Green pepper 1
  Cooking oil/Salad oil 2 Tablespoon
  Condensed tomato soup 10 3⁄4 Ounce
  Soy sauce 2 Teaspoon
  Brown sugar 3 Tablespoon
  Grated lemon peel 1 Teaspoon
  Lemon juice 3 Tablespoon
  Canned tuna 14 Ounce, drained (Two Cans Of 7 Ounce Each)
Directions

Cook onion and green pepper until almost tender in hot oil in a large skillet; stir occasionally.
Mix in the tomato soup, soy sauce, brown sugar, and lemon peel and juice.
Bring to boiling; simmer 5 minutes.
Mix in the tuna, separating it into small pieces.
Heat thoroughly.
Serve with fluffy hot cooked rice.
Garnish with toasted sesame seed and chow mein noodles.
