Tuna Cashew Delight
|Cream of mushroom soup/Cream of chicken soup||10 Ounce|
|Evaporated milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 Milliliter)|
|Short pasta||3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked al dente (750 Milliliter)|
|Tuna canned in water||7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, crumbled (213 Milliliter)|
|Celery||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced (125 Milliliter)|
|Pepper/Green and/or red colored||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced (50 Milliliter)|
|Cashews||1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (125 Milliliter)|
|Onion||1 Medium, finely chopped|
|Fresh parsley||25 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoon)|
|Soda crackers||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled (50 Milliliter)|
Combine the soup and milk in a microwaveable glass 2 L (8 cups) dish.
Add the other ingredients, except the soda crackers, and mix well.
Cook in the microwave on Maximum (100%) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Sprinkle the crumbled soda crackers on the mixture.
Cook on Maximum (100%) for 2 to 4 minutes or until the mixture is hot in the center.
