Ingredients
  Cream of mushroom soup/Cream of chicken soup 10 Ounce
  Evaporated milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs) (175 Milliliter)
  Short pasta 3 Cup (48 tbs), cooked al dente (750 Milliliter)
  Tuna canned in water 7 1⁄2 Ounce, drained, crumbled (213 Milliliter)
  Celery 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), diced (125 Milliliter)
  Pepper/Green and/or red colored 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), diced (50 Milliliter)
  Cashews 1⁄2 Cup (8 tbs), chopped (125 Milliliter)
  Onion 1 Medium, finely chopped
  Fresh parsley 25 Milliliter, chopped (2 Tablespoon)
  Soda crackers 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs), crumbled (50 Milliliter)
Directions

Combine the soup and milk in a microwaveable glass 2 L (8 cups) dish.
Add the other ingredients, except the soda crackers, and mix well.
Cook in the microwave on Maximum (100%) for 8 to 10 minutes.
Stir.
Sprinkle the crumbled soda crackers on the mixture.
Cook on Maximum (100%) for 2 to 4 minutes or until the mixture is hot in the center.
