Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)

Soften gelatin in water.
Beat egg yolks until they're light and lemon colored.
