Tuna Fish Party Mold
|Unflavored gelatin||2 Tablespoon|
|Cold water||1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)|
|Dijon style mustard||1 Teaspoon|
|Milk||3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)|
|Lemon juice||1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)|
|Tuna fish||2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, flaked|
|Hard cooked egg||1 , finely chopped|
|Mayonnaise||1 Cup (16 tbs)|
|Chives||1 Tablespoon, chopped|
Soften gelatin in water.
Beat egg yolks until they're light and lemon colored.
Add salt, mustard and paprika, milk and lemon juice.
Place in top of double boiler and cook over hot, but not boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Add butter and gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken, and fold in tuna fish, hard cooked eggs, mayonnaise and beaten egg whites.
Top with chives and lightly stir.
Pour into shell molds and chill until firm.
