Tuna Fish Party Mold

The tuna fish party mold is a fiesty and peppy fish mold made with tuna fish and eggs. Flavored with savory mustard, mayonnaise, lemon juice and paprika, the tuna fish party mold is best served chilled with chives as topping.
Ingredients
  Unflavored gelatin 2 Tablespoon
  Cold water 1⁄4 Cup (4 tbs)
  Egg yolks 2
  Salt 1 Teaspoon
  Dijon style mustard 1 Teaspoon
  Paprika 1⁄4 Teaspoon
  Milk 3⁄4 Cup (12 tbs)
  Lemon juice 1⁄3 Cup (5.33 tbs)
  Butter 1 Tablespoon
  Tuna fish 2 Cup (32 tbs), drained, flaked
  Hard cooked egg 1 , finely chopped
  Mayonnaise 1 Cup (16 tbs)
  Egg whites 2
  Chives 1 Tablespoon, chopped
Directions

Soften gelatin in water.
Beat egg yolks until they're light and lemon colored.
Add salt, mustard and paprika, milk and lemon juice.
Place in top of double boiler and cook over hot, but not boiling water, stirring constantly, until mixture thickens.
Add butter and gelatin and stir until gelatin dissolves.
Chill until mixture begins to thicken, and fold in tuna fish, hard cooked eggs, mayonnaise and beaten egg whites.
Top with chives and lightly stir.
Pour into shell molds and chill until firm.
